Chemically Cross linked Polyethylene Foam Insulation.
  'XLPE' is a non-fibrous, fire retardant (FR), closed cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam. It is certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation and 'Class 1' in Surface Spread of Flame as per BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 respectively. 'XLPE' (chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam) is an ideal environment friendly insulation material, with a perfect solution for all your insulation needs for ducts, roofs, pipes, vessels etc. It is a better alternative to conventional Glass Wool insulation material. 'XLPE' is also available in tubing form for pipe insulation.

  XLPE Tubing.
  XLPE tubing is a closed cell, fire retardant (FR), chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam (XLC) pre-formed for thermal insulation meets requirement of ‘Class O’ for fire propagation and ‘Class I’ generally confirms to surface spread of flame as per BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 respectively.

FR Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber Tubing.
  Nitrile Tubing is a fire retardant closed cell flexible elastomeric pre-formed tubing thermal insulation product. The material is CFC & HCFC free with O.D.P. zero. Light & flexible tubing enables easy and fast working. ‘Nitrile Tubing’ offers a high water vapour transmission resistance factor which ensures a low stable thermal conductivity, thereby saving energy and ensuring efficiency of the system, wherein applied. It is an environmental & user friendly product, than conventional fibrous products like Glass Wool.
